the concierge helped with our luggage immediately. the receptionist seemed quite friendly to me. our room were very super clean and the bed were comfy. location are easy for walking into the city.
the bathroom sensor light were to sensitive. it kept turning on all night and i couldn't sleep well. a kids menu would've was great.
